LottoBook collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising identifier and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere.

What is stored, and where

Your home state, your alert thresholds, your saved number lines and your age confirmation are stored on your own device, in the browser's local storage or the app's local storage on a phone. They never leave it. We cannot see them, because there is nowhere for them to arrive.

Deleting the app, or clearing your browser's site data, deletes all of it permanently. There is no copy anywhere else and no way to recover it.

The one thing the app sends

LottoBook ships with its full draw history built in and works with no connection at all. When it is online it periodically asks our server for recent draw results, which that server fetches from the state lottery's own published data.

That request carries which games to refresh and nothing else. No identifier, no device information, no saved lines, nothing about you. As with any web request, our host receives the ordinary connection metadata it needs to answer at all, including your IP address. It is not logged for analytics, not combined with anything, and not used to build a profile.

What the app does not do

• No accounts, no sign-in, no email address.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDK of any kind.
• No advertising, no ad network, no advertising identifier.
• No cookies used to identify or follow you.
• No data sold, shared, brokered or disclosed to anyone. There is none to sell.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health data. The app never asks, because it never needs to.

Money

LottoBook sells no tickets, takes no wager and pays nothing out. It is a reference for draw history, odds and what a ticket is actually worth. If a paid unlock is offered in future, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple and we never see your payment details.

Children

The app is rated 18+ and asks you to confirm you are old enough to buy a lottery ticket in your state before it opens. It is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Since there is no account and no mailing list, there is no way to notify you other than here.
